Account Manager

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. The Account Manager’s role is to manage and drive the business with a group of assigned clients, which include the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Drive account management for a group of clients
  • Act as the leading point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Build and maintain long-term trustworthy client relationships
  • Keep customers well informed and updated of ELK Studios product offering
  • Consistently provide high-quality customer service 
  • Understand clients’ different needs to meet their individual queries
  • Identify areas of improvement with existing clients to increase profit
  • Communicate and report account status directly to the Head of Account Manager
  • Represent the company at sales events and customer meetings

Experience and skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines
  • Have a basic understanding of casino games 
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing), basic knowledge of Swedish
