Account Manager

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our essential Sales team. The Sales team’s main responsibilities are to make sure that ELK’s clients are getting excellent service and to support the clients’ growth.

The Account Manager’s role is to manage and drive the business with a group of assigned clients, which include the following key responsibilities:


  • Drive account management for a group of clients
  • Act as the leading point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Build and maintain long-term trustworthy client relationships
  • Keep customers well informed and updated of ELK Studios product offering
  • Consistently provide high-quality customer service 
  • Understand clients’ different needs to meet their individual queries
  • Identify areas of improvement with existing clients to increase profit
  • Communicate and report account status directly to the Sales Manager 
  • Represent the company at sales events and customer meetings

Experience and skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines
  • Have a basic understanding of casino games 
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
