Our recruitment process
We like to do things efficiently and our hiring process is no exception. Of course every role has different needs, but usually our process takes 2-3 weeks from the first chat.
1. Apply
Find the most suitable role for you from our career site or LinkedIn and hit apply.
2. First chat with TA
Time to get to know the company, the role, you as a person and what you have been doing before.
3. Assignment
Depending on the role, we will ask you to do an assignment for us to be able to asses the competencies needed in a fair and structured way.
4. Interview with the Team Manager
Now we will deep dive into the assignment and your experience.
